8. Partner Websites & Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for:

• Actions or decisions made by lenders
• Accuracy of information provided by partners

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

9. Consent to Communication

By submitting your information through BorrowBetter, you consent to be contacted by us and our lending partners via:

• SMS or phone calls (including automated dialing systems where permitted by law)
• Push notifications
• Other communication channels

You may opt out of our communications, but partner opt-outs must be managed with each partner individually.

10. Credit Authorization

This consent remains valid until you withdraw it in writing.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
